Everything men ask us before ordering, answered without the marketing voice.

The product

What is QuietWave Pro?

A rechargeable device worn on the outside of the throat, just under the jaw, while you sleep. It listens for a snore and answers it with a gentle electrical pulse that contracts the muscle so the airway opens again. You put it on, you go to bed, and it does the rest.

Do I sleep with it on?

No. Nothing goes in your mouth and nothing straps to your face at night. The session happens during the day or evening — most people do it on the sofa.

Why would training a muscle change snoring?

Snoring is the sound of air forcing its way past soft tissue that has gone slack. Strips work on the nose and mouthguards work on jaw position; neither changes the muscle. The idea here is that tissue with more tone collapses less, so there's less of it left to vibrate.

What does it feel like?

A light tingling and a slight pulling as the muscle contracts. Start at level one and step up only when comfortable. It should never hurt — if it does, turn it down.

How long is a session?

Ten minutes. Daily for the first few weeks, then a few times a week to maintain.

How long until something changes?

It builds gradually. When people notice, it's usually between weeks three and six — and it's almost always the partner who notices first. Anything that worked on night one would be a placebo.

Safety

Does it treat sleep apnea?

No. Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea are different things. QuietWave Pro is a general wellness device, not an apnea treatment. If you stop breathing during sleep, gasp awake, or you've been told your snoring has pauses in it, see a doctor and ask about a sleep study.

Who should not use it?

Do not use if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, if you have epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. If you have a heart condition, a thyroid condition, a carotid issue, or broken or irritated skin where the pads sit, check with your doctor first.

Can I use it with a CPAP?

Talk to the clinician managing your CPAP. A wellness device shouldn't be added to prescribed apnea therapy without them knowing.

Is it safe daily?

It's designed for daily use at ten minutes. More is not better — muscle work needs recovery like any other training.

The electrodes

Do they wear out?

Yes, like any adhesive electrode. Roughly a month of daily use. Worn pads are the most common reason a routine stops feeling like it's doing anything.

Do they wear out?

No. They are stainless steel, not adhesive pads. Rinse them after use and let them dry. There is nothing to reorder and nothing on subscription.

Orders and shipping

Is the packaging discreet?

Plain unmarked outer box with tracking. Nothing on the outside says what it is.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery inside the US typically takes 5–9 business days after that. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't been handed to the carrier we'll change or cancel it. If it has, use the 100-night guarantee instead.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet. We'd rather do one market properly than four badly.

The guarantee

How does the 100-night guarantee work?

A hundred nights from delivery. If it hasn't made a difference, email support and we refund you. Used device, used pads, no restocking fee, no explanation required.

Do I have to ship it back?

Email support first — depending on the situation we may not need it back at all. If we do, we'll tell you exactly where to send it.

When do I get the money?

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
