Does this treat sleep apnea?
No. Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea are different things, and QuietWave Pro is a general wellness device, not an apnea treatment. If you stop breathing during sleep, gasp awake, or your partner has noticed pauses in your snoring, see a doctor and ask about a sleep study.
Will the pulse wake me up?
It shouldn't. It's a light stimulation at the lower settings — enough to contract the muscle, not enough to pull you out of sleep. Start on level one; most people never go past level two.
Is it uncomfortable to wear?
