Yes. NOXWELL is an operating sleep-wellness brand that sells and ships a physical product directly to customers through this store. We are not a marketplace listing, a reseller, or a landing page that disappears after a campaign.
Everything about the product, the instructions, our policies and our support is published on this site before you're asked to pay for anything.
What does NOXWELL actually sell?
One flagship product: QuietWave Pro, a rechargeable device worn on the outside of the throat, just under the jaw, while you sleep. It listens for a snore and answers it with a gentle pulse. It ships with its adjustable elastic band, two stainless steel electrodes and a USB-C cable. That is the whole box.
There is also a two-device set for couples. That is the whole catalog. We're not planning to become a general wellness store.
Is this the same thing as the exercises in the research?
This is the question that deserves the most careful answer, so here it is plainly.
There is real published research on oropharyngeal exercises — deliberate tongue and soft-palate exercises — reducing snoring. A randomized trial in CHEST (2015) reported a 36% drop in snoring frequency and a 59% drop in intensity in the exercise group.
What that study is, and isn't
That trial tested a protocol of exercises, performed by the participants. It did not test QuietWave Pro, or any device. Our product is built on the same underlying idea — that the muscles involved in snoring respond to training — and it uses electrical stimulation to contract those muscles rather than asking you to do the movements yourself.
Those are related, but they are not identical, and any brand telling you a published trial was run on their gadget is telling you something they can't support. We're showing you where the idea comes from. The rest is why the guarantee is a hundred nights instead of a testimonial.
Does NOXWELL claim to cure snoring?
No. Snoring has several contributing factors — anatomy, weight, alcohol, nasal congestion, sleeping position, age, medication — and a device that trains one muscle group does not control all of them. Some people will see a large change, some a small one, and some none at all.
We'd rather say that here than have you discover it in week six.
Does it treat sleep apnea?
No, and this matters more than a sale. Obstructive sleep apnea is a medical condition with real cardiovascular consequences, and it needs a real diagnosis. QuietWave Pro is a general wellness device and is not a treatment for apnea.

Is this just a rebadged generic device?
Fair question in this category. Our answer is that you should judge the product by what you can see: the photographs on the product page show the actual unit at real scale in a hand, the package contents are listed item by item, and the routine is printed rather than hidden behind an app subscription.
There is nothing to reorder. The electrodes are stainless steel and reusable, so a brand that intends to make its money on refills doesn't tell you that.
