These are the terms you agree to when you order from NOXWELL. Plain language, no traps.

Who you are buying from

NOXWELL sells the QuietWave Pro and its accessories directly to customers through this store. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the delivery details you gave us are correct.

Orders and prices

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email. Until then we can decline it — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we decline an order that you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay.

What the product is, and what it is not

QuietWave Pro is a consumer wellness device, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea, which is a medical condition — if you have been diagnosed with it, or if you suspect it, speak to a doctor before using this or any other device.

Do not use the device if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, if you have epilepsy, or if you have broken skin where the pads sit. If anything hurts, stop using it.

Results

Reviews on this store are individual opinions from verified customers. They are not typical results and they are not medical evidence. The device works on snoring that comes from the throat muscle relaxing during sleep; it will not help every kind of snoring, and we say so plainly.

Returns

Our 100-night policy is set out in full on the Refund Policy page, and it forms part of these terms.

Shipping

Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping Policy page. Title and risk pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel.

Our liability

We stand behind the product and the return policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your content

If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to publish it in connection with the product. You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
